Team | Jacob Clark

Jacob Clark joined Centana in 2026 and is a Vice President based in our San Francisco office. Prior to Centana, Jacob spent three years at Spectrum Equity. During his time at Spectrum, he helped lead the firm’s investment in Rover and supported existing investments in Kajabi and The Knot Worldwide. Prior to Spectrum, Jacob spent five years at Sorenson Capital, where he helped lead investments in LinkSquares, Tive, Couchbase, Uniphore, Spring Dental, Socure, Podium, LiveView Technologies (LVT), and Jellyfish. He served on the boards of LinkSquares, Tive, Uniphore, RTC Aerospace (acquired by Stellex Capital Management), Spring Dental, and Golden State Dermatology. Prior to Sorenson, Jacob was an Investment Banker with BMO Capital Markets working within the Technology and Financial Sponsors teams. He received a BS in Finance with Honors from the University of Utah and served on its Business School Alumni Board until 2025.
