Team | Bilen Essayas

Bilen joined Centana in 2026 and is an Associate on the investment team. Prior to Centana, she worked on the Strategic Capital and Private Equity teams at Audax Group, where she focused on minority equity investments and buyout transactions across multiple sectors. Bilen graduated from Stanford University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys live music, hiking, and exploring creative spaces in the city. Bilen is based in our New York office.
